As bespoke pieces are made to your personal specification, refunds are not available unless good are faulty. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
There is only one charge per delivery, regardless of the size and value of the parcel. The delivery options are:
UK STANDARD DELIVERY: £3.99 (up to 6 working days)
EU & SOUTHERN IRELAND DELIVERY: £9.99 up to a maximum weight of 5kg (est. delivery time is 5-10 working days)
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: £17.99 up to a maximum weight of 5kg (est. delivery time is 7-14 working days)
