UK Standard Delivery: £3.99 (2 to 6 working days, unless stated otherwise)

Prices are regardless of the size or value of your order.

European & Southern Ireland Delivery: £9.99 up to a maximum weight of 5kg (estimated delivery time is 5-10 working days)

International Delivery: £17.99 up to a maximum weight of 5kg (estimated delivery time is 7-14 working days)

UK Standard Delivery Service

If you order goods on the UK Standard Delivery Service, we will aim to deliver the goods within 6 working days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) from the day on which the order was made where the order was placed no later than 12pm.

If you are not there to take delivery of your parcel a calling card will be left.

A signature may be required on receipt of the parcel. Delivery is not possible on weekends or Bank Holidays. In this instance your parcel will be delivered to you on the next working day.

Our carrier

We use either Royal Mail or one of our other delivery partners. If there is no-one in to take delivery they may attempt to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe, secure location. A card should be left to advise of this, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact them to arrange a new delivery date.

Please note that a signature may not always be required.

If you are not in to sign for a delivery, collection of the parcel is quick and easy. Royal Mail will leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver the parcel, giving a time after which you can collect it from your local sorting office. Your local sorting office will be closer than many courier depots.
