Online fashion boutique fashionpony.co.uk helped Capital FM’s Jojo open RAG Fashion Show 2011 in style, after she was presented with a dress to wear from Katie Newsam’s new collection.
The night was also great for fashionpony.co.uk, which as well as providing several outfits to be revealed during the event, was also given an impromptu plug at the start of the evening by Jojo herself.
Said Victoria Reddington, co-founder of Fashion Pony: “Jojo looked absolutely gorgeous in the Katie Newsam dress – so much so, I think it’s fair to say that last night Leeds had its very own Rihanna!
“The night was absolutely fantastic – we had a wonderful time and I’m so grateful Fashion Pony was able to take part and support the show,” added Victoria
Said Jojo: “The show went really well and everyone had a really great time. Online fashion boutique fashionpony.co.uk gave me a Katie Newsam dress from her new collection, which helped me host the show in true style. It’s fantastic when a local business is willing to support a local event.”
Leeds RAG is Leeds University Union’s official fundraising body run by students for students, and also happens to be the oldest, and one of the biggest LUU societies.
RAG offers a wide variety of events with something for everyone from hitch hikes across Europe to skydives and Fashion Shows.
As a volunteer organisation RAG relies on the generosity and hard work of students to function. As a result there is a diverse range of people with one thing in common – their shared enthusiasm for raising money for good causes.
