Party girl Charlotte was looking for a cocktail dress for a night out to help celebrate the weekend! Because she works she finds it hard to get to the high street and being used to shopping online, Charlotte was confident she’d find the outfit she wanted.

How did you find the customer service?
With Fashion Pony being a new site and a new experience for me I was highly impressed with the level of service. Quick, professional and, very personal which in my opinion sets it apart from other online fashion outlets

It was received in time – ready for the Christmas party season – and packaged with care.
Did you find the ordering process easily and hassle free?
The ordering process was as easy as any site. Pick the items and go to check out so no problems there.
What did you think about the website?
I like the website it’s got a sassy contemporary yet elegant look about it. Easy to navigate. I particularly love the blog and social network parts as it creates a personality behind it.
What do you think of the ranges available?
The ranges are really cutting edge and well designed. They’re not the typical items you would see on the high street so it’s great to have a site that offers something different yet stylish.
Is there a particular design/designer available on the site that you love – why?
Lisa Jaynne Dann is really up and coming in the fashion scene and it doesn’t surprise me. Her designs are original, creative and have fabulous vintage/classic twists to them which is a big trend at the minute.
Would you recommend fashionpony.co.uk to friends and family?
Already have purchased my second dress.

Do you prefer shopping on line to high street shopping?
Combination. Having a busy full time job doesn’t always allow time for high street shopping so I rely on good sites like Fashion Pony however, I do love a good shopping trip!
