FASHION PONY (FP) is an independent, on-line fashion destination, dedicated to showcasing and nurturing today’s best new-generation fashion designers and brands.

Set up in 2010, FP provides consumers looking for avant-garde fashion the opportunity to shop eclectic and enticing mix of established labels and brands, and specialising in offering unique limited edition pieces, designed and made by fresh young independent designers. ‘Lead don’t follow’ is the ethos behind Fashion Pony (the name itself being a unique twist on the phrase ‘clothes horse’) and at FP we are devoted to uncovering the best new, emerging talent within the UK fashion scene. For independent designers, it is often very difficult to get a foothold in this notoriously closed off industry. FP offers a solution by offering a unique platform for emerging and established designers to be seen by shoppers, the media, industry and trade experts.

FP is the perfect place to launch or expand a high-end designer label. We increase the affordability and therefore accessibility of entering the industry, taking a smaller commission from our designers than is the industry standard, and combine this with an extremely supportive environment. Should our designers require it, we provide advice and support, including entry into key industry showcases and marketing and PR assistance. This allows our resident designers to focus on what they do best – creating fabulous, design-led and innovative garments, which delight our customers.

FP is always seeking talented designers to showcase and sell their work through us. Although there are no places currently available, we invite independent designers to apply to join our waiting list.
